Eligibility Criteria for PNB Recruitment 2016 - Chief Customer Service Officer

Essential Conditions :
Candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria -
(1) The eligible person should be retired officer in the rank of Chief General Manager or General Manager of a scheduled commercial bank other than Punjab National Bank.
(2) The eligible person should have exposure in working of more than three areas of operations in banking such as General Banking, Credit, Foreign    Exchange Operations, Treasury, Government Business, Merchant Banking, Credit Card Operations etc.
(3) The appointment of Chief Customer Service Officer will be purely contractual in nature for a period of three years, extendable as per suitability criteria.

Age Limit :
Candidates Age must be less than 62 Years as on 30.04.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.

Compensation Package :
Selected candidate will be placed in a Consolidated Salary Package of Rs. 80,000/- per month subject to deduction of taxes applicable for a Fixed Term.

Job Location :
The office of the Chief Customer Service Officer shall be located at Head Office Building with
optimum infrastructure to work. Further, Bank may also utilize/ depute him anywhere in the
country where the bank has its offices.

Job Responsibilities :
CCSO shall be reporting directly to the Managing Director & CEO or Executive Director of the Bank and shall be the focal point for Internal Grievance Readdress System in terms of Damodaran
Committee recommendations so that a minimum number of complaints are escalated to Banking Ombudsman and minimize exigencies of Awards against the Bank.

Application Fee :
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1,000/- through Crossed Bank Demand Draft, that should be drawn in favour of "Punjab National Bank- Recruitment of CCSO" payable at New Delhi.
